Abortion Legal Support

Abortion Legal Support (ALS)  – is a place where you can feel heard and have your concerns acted upon.

If you have suffered psychological or physical harm as a result of an abortion, then contact ALS. You may have a right to seek compensation.

ALS is a network of independent lawyers located across Australia and New Zealand who offer a special service to those women who feel they have been harmed by their abortion experience.

Your claim could be based upon:

  • misleading and deceptive advertising by abortion clinics
  • failure to inform of possible depression or other side effects of abortion
  • providing little or no information as to development of the unborn child
  • not offering an opportunity to view ultrasound imaging
  • a counselling process which made you feel pressured to have an abortion
  • a counselling process which failed to give you adequate time to work out your own wishes
  • failing to identify that your boyfriend/ partner/ parent or some other person was pressuring you to abort.

ALS lawyers offer Post Abortion Legal Advice that is suited to your individual circumstances.
