Kavanaugh`s Swearing in Ceremony As Supreme Court Justice

Brett Kavanaugh is already a Senate-confirmed, sworn-in Supreme Court associate justice.

Regardless, President Trump is holding a ceremonial swearing-in ceremony for him Monday night at the White House, as the president continues to revel in the successful confirmation of his second Supreme Court nominee in less than two years.

The Senate confirmed Kavanaugh in a 50-48 vote Saturday (6th Oct 2018), when Mr. Trump was en route to Kansas for a "Make America Great Again" rally. Kavanaugh was sworn in that evening at the Supreme Court by Chief Justice John Roberts and retired Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy.
